Tranche Protocol

Tranche Protocol is a decentralized payment layer for professional services. Instead of a freelancer invoicing and hoping for a transfer, or a client wiring money upfront and hoping for delivery, work is split into milestones and the corresponding USDC is locked in escrow before the work starts. Each milestone releases automatically when its condition is met, so both sides can see the money exists without either side having to trust a marketplace to hold it. Built on the Arc protocol and USDC-native, Tranche removes the intermediary entirely: no platform account balance, no payout delays, no chargeback window. That makes it particularly useful for cross-border engagements, where traditional invoicing means multi-day settlement, currency spread, and a real risk of non-payment. Contracts are transparent and verifiable on-chain, giving both parties an auditable record of what was agreed and what was released. It is free to use, with the practical requirement that both parties are comfortable operating with a crypto wallet.
