Arrange targets one of the least glamorous but most time-consuming parts of hiring: getting three busy calendars to agree on a single half-hour slot. Instead of the usual chain of 'does Thursday work for you?' emails between a recruiter, a hiring client and a candidate, Arrange collects availability from each party, works out the overlap, and issues the calendar invites once a slot is settled. For agency recruiters in particular — who are coordinating on behalf of someone else's calendar and rarely have visibility into it — that removes most of the manual chase work from each placement. The workflow is deliberately narrow: this is not a full applicant tracking system, and it does not try to source, screen or rank candidates. It handles scheduling and invite management, and expects your ATS or inbox to remain the system of record. That focus is a strength if scheduling is your actual bottleneck, and a limitation if you were hoping for one tool that replaces the whole hiring stack. Worth noting it is a paid product with no free tier, so the maths only works once you are scheduling enough interviews per month for the saved coordination time to exceed the subscription. For high-volume recruiters running multiple client roles at once, that threshold arrives quickly.
