SOVERYN Intelligence takes a structural approach to the hallucination problem rather than a probabilistic one. Instead of asking a language model to both retrieve facts and phrase them, it splits the two: a deterministic engine holds the factual layer and the language layer only expresses what that engine returns, with every claim citable back to its source. The practical effect is that the system will say it does not know rather than fabricate — what the team calls architectural honesty enforcement — and repeated identical questions produce repeated identical answers. That determinism has been put through 30 controlled trials with a published DOI, which is unusual in a space where most reliability claims are marketing. It runs fully locally, so regulated or sensitive material never leaves the environment, and it maintains persistent memory across sessions. The tradeoffs are real and worth stating: a deterministic factual core means the system is less freewheeling than a frontier chatbot, local deployment requires hardware and operational ownership rather than a signup link, and enterprise pricing places it firmly in the procurement-cycle category. It suits legal, medical, financial, defence, and research settings where a confident wrong answer is more expensive than a slow one — not casual everyday assistant use.
