Fomrix

Fomrix combines two things that usually live in separate products: AI 3D generation (from an image or a text prompt) and the unglamorous utility work around 3D files — viewing STL, GLB and OBJ in the browser, converting GLB to STL, and analysing a mesh before you send it to a printer. The generation side produces interactive GLB output you can rotate and inspect immediately, which is the right default for judging whether a model is usable. The practical audience is designers and 3D-print hobbyists: sketch an idea as text or upload a reference image, get a starting mesh, check it with the analysis tool, convert for the slicer. It is worth being honest about where AI 3D generation stands — output is a starting point rather than a finished asset. Meshes often need cleanup for print, and fine mechanical parts are beyond what prompt-to-3D handles reliably today. The value is speed to a workable base, not one-click production parts. Being fully browser-based removes the install barrier that keeps casual users out of 3D tooling — no Blender, no slicer needed just to inspect a file someone sent you.
