AI Angels

AI Angels is an AI companion platform built around variety: rather than a single chatbot persona, it offers a library of more than 400 characters, each with its own personality and backstory, and lets you chat with them over text and voice. Image generation is woven into conversations, so companions can send pictures that match the scenario, which makes interactions feel more continuous than plain text bots. The free-to-start model means you can browse characters and try conversations before paying, with the paid tier unlocking heavier usage. The product is explicitly 18+, so it's positioned for adults rather than general audiences, and the content guardrails (or lack thereof) reflect that. The honest considerations: companion apps live and die by conversation quality, and while the character library is broad, depth varies between characters; voice and image features consume credits quickly, so heavy users will hit the paid tier; and if what you want is an assistant rather than a companion, this is the wrong category entirely. For adults looking for an entertainment-first AI companion with a large cast and multimedia chat, it delivers on its pitch.
